I’m Milan, and I really like tools, working with my hands, figuring things out, and helping people.

This has been a great match for dealing with our old house in Northside, rental properties, and a huge old arts center building up in Wyoming. When I visit my in-laws, I volunteer to do things like repair a noisy fridge, put together a coffee table that fell apart, or hammer in deck nails that got pushed out from harsh Maine winters.

One of the things I love about Cincinnati is its stock of cool old houses. My wife and I used to drive to Cincy neighborhoods just to look at architecture (not so easy anymore with kids who are “bored”), and when we first started dating, we binge-watched This Old House on the weekends, including seasons of the show on VHS tapes from the library, way before Netflix. I joke that I invented binge-watching…
